Returns and Refunds

At ZH Cloths, we value your trust and want you to shop with peace of mind. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and aligned with your rights.

 



1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • The purchased item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that have been altered, stitched, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.



2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.



3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • If there is no defect, the customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.



4. Refund & Exchange Options

  • After receiving and verifying your returned item, you can choose one of the following:

    • Exchange → Replace with the same product or another suit of equal value (subject to availability).

    • Refund → Get your payment refunded through your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.



5. Returns as per Sunnah Guidelines

In line with Sunnah (Islamic teachings), purchased items can be returned or exchanged within the allowed period. We believe in fairness, honesty, and customer satisfaction, which is why our return process is aligned with these values.

  • Please check your parcel carefully upon delivery.
